Music Industry Mental Health Primer
75 min | Virtual/In Person
In the context of working in the music industry ecosystem, participants will learn:
• How to increase our mental health literacy so we can talk about mental health.
• How to begin building a mental health toolkit
• How to increase our sense of community at work to support mental health and psychological safety
Music Industry Mental Health Ambassador (MIMHA) Program
Full-Day Program | Virtual/In Person
In the context of working in the music industry ecosystem, participants will learn:
• Improve Knowledge and understanding of the spectrum of mental health and well-being.
• Build confidence to recognize and respond to mental health challenges
• Learn the S.O.U.N.D. model - our framework for support
• Explore how to foster psychological safety in creative environments
• Receive a certificate of completion
Peer Group Facilitator Training
3hr program | Virtual/In Person | Participants must apply
MIMHA Certificate recommended.
Learn how to lead your own peer group including how to create a safe space to discuss the challenges of working in the music industry. Access our Peer Group-in-a-Box Toolkit.
